I did not mean to use Pissed Consumer.com. I inadvertently used it because it had a phone number for Little Sleepies.

I did not realize the site was for consumers who were having major issues with a company. My biggest issue was just finding a phone number.

I received an email from them today referencing a completely different order I had placed with them. Their incompetence is epic.

Their website advertised free shipping for orders over $25, which mine was, and they also offered a 10% discount on the order if you signed up to receive texts and emails, which I did. They gave me neither discount.

Another issue is that they do not allow you access to a person to resolve any issues you may have. You must communicate via email.

Delivery/non delivery of order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. company refunded what I was owed. I would not order from this company again only because of the horrible customer service I received.

My issue with customer service has not been resolved. The company owes me over $200 for items I returned.

I have proof of the return provided by the company as well as confirmation from the carrier that it was delivered to them.

Little Sleepies states that they have not received the items. I have 2 pieces of documentation proving that they did!

This matter has been time consuming and very frustrating.

Its been over a month I already paid for it I have tried reaching out but I just kp getting same son and dance that it may be lost in mail I am contacting better business this is not ok I have you all the information Im not doing this again just send me my order!!!
