Very poor service
Very disappointed with your service. Tried to call the numbers listed and no answer.
Send messages but still no assistance in fixing the issue that was reported. I need this issue fix as soon as possible as I cannot login to little hotelier to check the bookings and it's not good thing for the business.

I have issue login in to my little hotelier. I try to call all day yesterday also left messages but no one's there to assist me.
I need this matter fixed urgently as I need to access my little hotelier urgently to check my bookings. I would be grateful if anyone can assist me. When login in it's asking me to enter a 6 digits code that I have no idea where to get that code from.
Please I need assistance urgently. Thanks Katia Kaltabang, Reservations, Waves at Surfside, Port Vila, Vanuatu.

Verified ReviewerSite Would Not Stop Billing Me - Impossible To Cancel
I signed up for a free trial for this service. I told my sales rep that I was not interested, and that I wanted to cancel.
I have been repeatedly billed for the service, and cancellation is extremely difficult.
Their phone cancellation service sent me to voicemail twice, so I tricked them by calling their sales line and asking to cancel, they then transferred me and I was told I need to fill out an email form to cancel or use their website chat feature to cancel, but the website chat feature never worked.
Bad company to deal with if you ever want to cancel. I was investigating their software for use at a bed and breakfast, but decided against using it.
Will update if I receive a refund for the prior billings as I NEVER used the service.

Preferred solution: Refund of all billing.
