Can't receive ladder after my payment ordered on the 5 th of July now is the 20th
I ordered payment cleared on the 6 th of July .I call customer service and keep getting excuses of why I haven't received my ladder.oh we moved you up on the list .or we made your order a priority. My favorite we have one in stock but it's in the wrong warehouse.So you can't ship from any warehouse? So 14 days and still no email that's it's even been shipped.

That website worthless you get no response from anything on Little Giant ladder website, you call the number on that website to little giant business they can't help with anything on that website because they don't own that website so what's there number on that website for? Don't waste your time buy a ladder anywhere other then that little giant ladder website it's worthless.

Little Giant Ladders...really great almost
I have had a Little Giant Ladder for several years. Although a little heavy it has performed well and is very stable. However, my complaint is twofold. 1) The red knobs at the top of the ladder that releases the ladder for folding, spin when you put your hands on them while in use. This is particularly troublesome when working close to the top of the ladder and inadvertently putting your hands on them for support. The "spinning" has nearly thrown me off the ladder several times. There does not appear to me to be any practical reason why these knobs need to spin. 2) When lowering the ladder, the cross brace are very close to the ladder on both sides. The braces have nearly caught my hands on several occasions. I have had to warn helpers about this issue so they would not hurt their hands.
