Bad customer service
Just got home from getting my granddaughter a 3 meat pizza. When I get home they have me a pepperoni pizza.
I also ordered wings and bread. I want my money back. I have called the store 8 time and no answer.
I paid 27.01. The manager didnt even give me a receipt.

They called and left a message offering a free cinnamon bites order. That’s great and resolves the issue.
The only problem is that I’m now completely turned off the cinnamon bites.
I may or not go back for the pizza. I do feel better that they’ve contacted me.
I added pics of what its supposed to look like and what I got. It was quite sickening.
I will also take this opportunity to tell you that the same location messed up simple things on the last several orders in a row. Mainly forgetting that I ordered crazy crust, which I pay extra for. Once they put pineapple on the whole thing instead of half.
Its very frustrating!
The staff are very nice and friendly, but seem annoyed when I send something back, and thats when I havent driven all the way home first.
Ive learned to check my pizza before leaving. Now, Ill have to check everything!

Last night when I opened my pizza a fly flew out of it. I called the restaurant and spoke to Dale the manager and he refused to believe that a bug was in the pizza and demanded that I take a picture of it.
I tried to explain that it was a fly and it didn't stay around for a picture but he was too busy yelling at me to listen, saying that that couldn't happen. I could not believe the disrespect. When is it okay for a manager to yell at a customer when the customer has legitimate concerns about the cleanliness of a restaurant?
I'm sure it just flew in there when the box was closed but the point is I don't appreciate being considered a liar and getting yelled at. I truly hope this manager is taught customer service because he definitely needs better training.

picked up pizza permission I got the most disgusting pizza with way too much sauce shall I call this guy picks up the phone and says hello so I'm like is this Little Caesars he's like yeah sure Unlike OK can I get a manager manager comes on this woman argued I'm a so ignorantelling me that I'm wrong and the pizza's right but she didn't even see it to begin with Then she wanted me to bring the pizza to her after I already drove there to pick it up I want to credit on my account I am so frustrated by how ignorant these people and their customer service I have never been dealt so rude black manager or a person in a food business like do they not have any smarts on covid rules in any way It's an embarrassment to Little Caesars as the name in franchise I would like a phone call my number is 236 3 8 0 * * * * The phone number it was ordered under was 604401**** it was placed online

Order not delivered liability
No one feels responsible for my order not getting delivered and I feel ripped off 54 bucks as a single mom with e kids I'm disgusted actually at thus pizza joint

Break down in customer service at management level
Ordered pizza through Little Caesars website then got a text that food was delivered but no food arrived. Called the store.
Only one in CHATHAM spoke to the manager told me that they didn't receive the order at all and no delivery driver picked up anything, also mentioning that they have nothing to do with delivery of their food and that they could not further assist me. (Yup ordered right of the website and not her problem!)
My neighbour knocked on my door the next morning with two boxes of frozen pizza delivered to the wrong address but still made right at the same 1 Chatham store!
Obviously Management was straight up lying not interested in customer service. What was a simple mistake is now escalated to corporate.
Congratulations.!!

I went to Little Ceasars to get a hot and Ready cheese pizza. She told me it would be at least 5 minutes.
It was around 2:50 in the afternoon with no customers in the store. I joked about no pizzas for hot and ready and she was very ignorant in her conversation with me. Not sure if she was having a bad day but Never take it out on your customers.
Very disrespectful. But the pizza was good as always

Sounds like DoorDash or a similar service botched the delivery. Check which 3rd party company was involved and contact them for a refund.
