Little boo reek review. I ordered a cake decorating kit for my niece's birthday party which was on 24th December. The order was placed 1st December 2018. 10 days later my order status was still in 'picked & ready to be sent' (it should have been delivered already). I called 3 times over the next week and left a voice mail - each time with no response. I then emailed a total of 4 times, again with no response - not even an apology that my order was SO late. My order arrived today, 18th January 2019; it is NOT the mermaid kit that I ordered - I have received a lion kit instead. I have called again to get this fixed but I still have not had any response. I absolutely will NOT be ordering from this company again. This seriously even outranks Australian telecommunications for 'dismal' customer service. Little Boo-teek you should be ashamed.
