Non-functioning litter robot after 6 months.

Light code indicates that the computer is showing a cat in the box and wont cycle. There are no cats in the box. Cleaned it out and still not functioning. Not sure Im receiving the value after spending over $600.

Status of order delivery

I tried calling customer service for an update for delivery of my Litter-Robot 4. Theres no option to choose from for status updates and then, the number hangs up on you if you dont choose from the options available. How am I suppose to get a live Agent on the Phone for my issue?

My Wi-Fi to work with litter but three connect I live in an apartment building

Sensor went out

Called and they sent me out a new sensor out right away. They were very helpful and easy to deal with.
