Order on 6/15/2020 with Litmobile(same company)...still waiting on my email for shipping. Been sending correspondence to the email and keep getting same aggravating responds, but no answer to my question!!!

Avoid this vendor like the plague !!! NO customer support or service AT ALL !!! NEVER responded to ANY of my inquiries about my order status or refund requests: 1) Submitted through their website help(what a joke) page and/or 2) Submitted from my personal email(via the reply in the email) And good luck trying to locate a contact telephone number. I think they don't even have a landline or a cell number either ! I know they received the emails from my personal email account as there were no: "Unable to deliver message to": blah blah blah litsolar(WHATEVER) return messages ! TOTAL LOSERS in my experience with THEIR, so called service ! I've since found other reviews where more "potential" customers are claiming the same type of ignorant(ignoring) treatment ! One last point: I had no other choice but put the federal scam squad unit on them: https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds <;(for your convenience) before I was able to achieve financial resolution. However the fault of this altercation rests a lot on my shoulders because I should have read the reviews first ! Here is their website: https://litsolar.com/ Avoid them like the Bubonic Plague !!!
