Hi, My name is Stacy Wycoff and I received a bill for an account that has not been renewed. The account number is 250****. My account manager is William Lane. I have not used this account in over two years, and I spoke with someone several months ago about my discussion not to continue with using your LMS. I used it for a short period of time and paid the $3,000.00 for the time I used it, and I did not agree to continue with it. Can someone please give me a call, so we can discuss this issue.
