I was bullied into purchasing the "prepaid oil changes" into my loan agreement in 2016.
The problem is I can never get in to have them done! You can not make an appointment online and no one ever answers the phone in the Service Department to make an appointment or returns your call. I have left multiple messages with managers with my complaints
This is a total scam
I live 90 miles away from Billings and it takes planning to work around other appointments when I come to Billings. I typically upgrade to a newer vehicle every couple of years. I will no longer consider purchasing from Lithia Toyota in Billings Montana because of the poor service.
