Lithia Nissan of Eugene - Service Contracts
Finance guy told me I had to have the service contract to get the truck. That was a lie just another way to rip off the consumer. The finance guy was Richard Charnel he put a 4,000 price tag on a 12 month or 12k. He forgot to tell me the 4k has interest for the term of the loan. I want my 4000 back or I will file suit and call the BBB and local paper. Contract#ZM997858 Deal#41781 Customer#105**** STK#VA44586K I never signed the service agreement contract. My phone # is 541-514-**** I will be expecting a call to resolve this issue.

I’ve had the worst experience at Lithia Nissan Eugene as an employee and a customer service manager Mark Babcock has ruined Lithia Nissan by using a cheap used parts and with his horrible attitude But from my experience he fits right in with Lithia I’ve worked at Lithia Nissan and Lithia Toyota had a horrible experience at both locations your company is ridiculous with the way it treats its employees and customers with that being said please go *** yourself
