High priced service and inconsistancy
- - VW Medford oil change: $89 synthetic, $69 regular.
- - Dodge Service: same oil change $49.95.
- - Prices vary between Lithia stores; customer won't return.
As a regular customer of Lithia VW in Medford, today I went to get an oil change in my VW. I was first told that the cost was $89 for synthetic and $69 for regular oil.
Finding that unacceptable, I left after complaining that it should cost no more than $30 plus. I then went over to the Lithia Dodge Service Dept. and was told that the same oil change for the same car from Lithia was $49.95.
My disappointment with your company is your lack of consistency and over pricing for your service..
Two Lithia stores right next to each other and two significantly different and overly expensive prices for a basic oil change. I will not give your company any more of my business and will share this poor experience with all of my friends and family if you don’t get your stores on the same fair price schedule.
