Lithia Ford Lincoln of Roseburg

I ordered a set of tires from Lithia Ram in Roseburg or . They called and said my tires were in .

I dropped my truck off and got a phone call a hour later saying they only had one tire in . I went back and got my truck and waited for the rest of the tires to come in . The truck had a vibration after the tires were installed . I thought it was the tread .

At around 5000 miles I took it back to Lithia for an oil change and asked them to rotate the tires . They didnt rotate the tires and wheels . I took it to another dealer in another town for warranty work and had them rotate my tires and wheels . The vibration changed to the steering wheel .

I had to take it back to Lithia . They balanced the tires and found all 4 were out of balance . Its still had a vibration . The third time they balanced them , one tire was out of balance .

It still had a vibration in the steering wheel . I took it back . The 4th time the balanced the tires they didnt find anything but it still vibrates in the steering wheel . The 4th time I time they put it on the balance machine , they claimed I had a bent wheel .

The next day I took it to Leschwab . All 4 were out of balance and I had no bent rims . It then drove smoother then it had since the tires were installed , but still rides rough . The service manager was Combative because of my frustration .

I had about 15 hrs of wait time over these tires . Im done dealing with these people .

Im stuck with tires that are unevenly worn because they were out of balance for approx 8300 miles . A waist of $1700

We purchased a 2021 f 350 on Monday July 11th 2022. The odometer was showing 9600 miles on it.

When we got the truck home we noticed the tires were manufactured January of 2015. Well that means they are outdated or expired... According to the retail tire store in our town they will NOT fix a flat on one of these tires. When we called our salesman Cliff Bell, it took two days for him to get back with a response.

Well you have probably guessed it. They are accusing us of switching the tires! The tires cannot be used for hauling our camper, and that is the reason we purchased a f350. I know we should have checked the date on the tires before we purchased the truck...

we assumed it was still the same tires that would have come on a 2021 truck, not some they had laying out back that they tire blacked to hide the weather checked sidewalls...

please buyer beware if you deal with this dealership. They will pull a fast one on you.
