After posting my complaint here yesterday about the shabby handling of my recent car purchase at Lithia in Bryan, TX, I am pleased to report that it has all been rectified. First, a charming woman named Melinda called and we were able to laugh together about the absurdity of the situation.
She seemed very competent and said that she would be in touch. Well this morning, the Manager of Lithia in Bryan, TX. Coy, called to assure me that ALL would be handled expertly by he and his staff - he would see to it personally. So, no additional charges for AFTER purchase taxes and my handicapped plates would be restored asap.
He seemed less than amused by the previous antics of his staff, but very much in charge, truly a man who can handle anything. I have since received ANOTHER phone call about the disposition of the license plates and exactly HOW that is being handled. I am once again a satisfied customer.
Thank you for this forum - it was certainly productive. Thank you Coy for taking this in hand.

And.....thank you to Eric for being the best salesman ever with no power to make this right. I am anguished that igniting this fire was necessary - especially for Eric.

I bought this car expecting professionalism. The first week, I had to meet "Sam"s girlfriend because some papers were not done correctly.
The second week, a driver was sent to get another signature that Sam had improperly prepared. Now, I am told that the wrong license plates were sent because someone DID NOT request just a sticker for the window - and that I - at 73 years of age and disabled, will have to stand in line somewhere and make this right.
Oh, and that the taxes were mishandled and now after a month, I still owe money. I am NOT happy!!!!

Rizwan Ahmad and Mark the “ mechanic” have cheated me out of my money and time. The “ mechanic” said “ oh , I put a used sensor back in. “ as my payment cleared processing. Rizwan had the Gaul to say “ Oh just bring it back in if there are any problems.
“. This after I mentioned that I had to miss a full days work.
Dealers service shops are criminals and rapists. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM.
