There are all kinds of products on the market that are just tasty as the next one. Like any brand name on the commodity market you always pay a higher price when buying from Lithia Motors.
Don't be deceived when they serve a porterhouse steak on the plate. When looking at it close clearly it real is hamburger..Lithia can't be trusted.

Bad customer relations
I was trying to buy a used truck from Lithia motors of Klamath falls Oregon. I was contacted by the internet sales lady from lithia .she told me that she got me financed, buy same place I had truck I was trading in .
Then said I need to get there to get my new truck, befor someone else bought it. I told her that I would but I'm handicapped and it would take some time. I live in Medford Ore. And it just.
Stoped snowing roads were very bad, took me 3 hrs to drive there, when I got there I was told I could not get truck today that they would deliver the. Following day. I told her that I would be in Yreka Calif. she told me they would bring there.
So I got ready to go to yreka before I left Ore I called the dealer, and I was told that the bank has not got back with her yet. So I called that bank I have friend works ther. I was told that person in charge of it just walked in door.
I called lithia back, and was told that the deal did not go .

The bank person did not have time to go through the deal, I was also told that I had the new truck day before or I would not have drove 6 hours thinking I got new truck. The lieing about whole thing I well never buy or deal with this company again I will also tell anyone going to buy from Lithia not to

Lies, delays and terrible service.
I purchased a vehicle with preexisting mechanical issues on the condition that repairs are made. I was informed the issue was simply a faulty spark plug and would be repaired quickly. The problems are actually far more extensive and require a new cylinder head. The dealer has agreed to make the repairs but has so far been unable to do so. The first head they ordered was cracked, another leaked coolant and the third was the wrong head. Several weeks have past and the vehicle is not repaired. No estimated time frame was even provided. When asked the dealer refused to cancel the sale.
After working with the salesman and his direct manager I brought the issue to the general manager Jason Lawrence. The manager raised his voice and scolded me as if I were his child. During the conversation he said "I don't know how you were raised." and as I was leaving he stated "You aren't a very intelligent young man." Regardless of his opinion of me or his position on the issues a manager should never directly insult a customer or his family. Although I was firm and frustrated I had not raised my voice, insulted him or used profanity.
As some sort of life lesson or punishment for bothering him Mr. Lawrence also asked me to return the vehicle that was loaned to me. I understand that Lithia is not required to provide me transportation but providing a loaner vehicle then taking it back as some sort of punishment is out of line.
