Sold a used vehicle that is falling apart
Purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX April 13th 2019 from Lithia Chrysler jeep dodge of Great Falls Mt. From, dealer Shawn Larson, and finance officer Brittany Jackson.
The vehicle is falling apart. On the lot the window was cracked, dealer said they would fix that but later said no because it would make the price go up. While test driving the light switch handle broke off very easily, dealer said we could not fix that because i broke it and had to buy it . Then 3 days later the very expensive sunroof froze and would not close (during a rainy day) of course and now we are driving around with *** in our ceiling/ going to cost almost $1000 to fix.
With a big company like Lithia i would expect that a vehicle would be sold in reasonable satisfactory condition. Especially when i will ultimately be paying a total of $36000 for a 2011 used vehicle with $900 down payment and $501 monthly payments. instead a get a lemon. All i ask is that the dealership repair the damages , I do not believe this is too much to ask for the quality of this dealership and the amount of money i am paying.
It is just good customer service which is what i expected from a Lithia dealeship in the first place. Furthermore, I heard from other people in my hometown on FB when i posted my concerns that they were also sold vehicles with major issues and were also told that Lithia of Great Falls could not fix their vehicles because they were sold AS IS..

Then I would double check all the buyer paperwork you received from the dealer.
