I purchased a 2011 jeep rubicon the end of july 2018. Less than 2 months the tranny and clutch go out.

Jeep has been in grants pass lithia service center for over 6 weeks. Can not get an an answer when it will be repaired. I have called jeep headquarters and now im on an expedited parts case. Lets hope they ll be able to get it fixed.

Ps they want almost 1200 my cost to fix it when my extended warranty should ve covered it 100%.

Lithia wants above msrp for parts. Very frustrationg to make monthly pymts on a jeep you can t drive.

Lithia in grants pass will not take appointments, once again, for oil changes. I just went last week, and I cringe every time I go with my lifetime oil changes, it took two hours. My husband has lifetime also on his ram and the manager told him it would take 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, he turned around and left. This is completely unacceptable to me to spend that amount of time there to just get a oil change.

Please do something about this, maybe hire more people to do the job!

Lied to by salesperson and sales manager

Was lied to. GM didnt care what i was told, couldnt get away from me fast enough. The lady at the complaint number said ahe would have them call me, which NEVER happend and she never called me back the next week to verify luke she said she would.

I purchased a used truck a few months ago and 1st the salesperson said he wanted a $10,000 deposit off an account I was closing. He said he would tell the finance guy I would bring in a money order for that same amount, but he didnt.

He also refused a check in the same amount off of my new account. But they tried to cash the 1st check on the old account, so I had a bunch of fees to pay.

The manager i called promised a gas gift card for my troubles...he lied to me, because I never got it. The main manager was unconcerned about the salesperson (Travis) lying, about the manager (Ron) lying and Bert couldn't care less.
