Broke down on vacation had to be towed stopped at dealership told them my belongings were in the back canopy and please make sure the truck was in a secured location, took a week to put in fuel pump, went to pick it up and everything in the back was gone thru and stolen. They don't want to take care of it, turned into their insurance and was denied like every other claims.

Thought they were a respectable dealer, NOT SO and if you have to deal with there insurance company, they are just as bad, Might see them in court, tried to get Presidents e-mail or phone number, they won't give it to me, they say that nobody else will change things. Maybe he doesn't know what's going on and someone should tell him.

The customers are the ones that make a business, if it wasn't for them they would have to close. I have been in business for 40+ years and have never been treated so bad for someone else's negligence.

Ryan came out to greet us with a smile, and was very knowledgeable. He brought the car to our door after the service department checked over the vehicle airbags.

Matter of fact we left that evening and came back the next day, he was there and we had a very plesant experience with Ryan.
