MY TRUCK IN THEIR SERVICE DEPT FOR WARRANTY WORK FOR 10 WEEKS!
I have a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 truck that has been at Lithia Dodge Spokane/Service Dept. for over 10 weeks. For the first 4 weeks, the "service" writer, Brian Dean would not return my phone calls. I then called their "Service" manager Robert Johnson, with no return phone call. Then I called the "General Manager" Randy, again with no return phone call.Finally, I reached out to Lithia Corporate and did receive a call back. They called the dealership and I then received a call back from Robert Johnson. This was 2.5 weeks ago and still nothing.You will be able to read about the lack of service and professionalism on Facebook shortly. This kind of disregard in business needs to be brought to light!

Do not buy from Lithia Corp
Purchased a brand new truck 3 months ago. Been in the shop 4 times for diesel exhaust going into the cab. Still Not fixed! Dangerous and they don’t care! Never buy from Lithia Corp! Their corporate people are just that. Corporate people that don’t care! I could pass out and die- I was told to keep driving it.

I had financing and I asked them not to run a credit check as it has a negative impact on your credit score for the next two years; they ran three and didn't bother telling me as they knew I had told them they could not. I only found out when I checked my credit score afterword. They had a repair to do before I could take possession of the vehicle and when I took possession of the vehicle the gas light was on and there wasn't even enough gas to make it the six miles to my house. I was told that the repair would be done the next day and I would be getting a call back only to be forgotten. The day after that I was given the runaround just trying to get a simple answer of when I could come pick up the car I had purchased. I guess what I learned about this company is that they will lie to you and once they make the sale they could care less about you. I would not recommend buying a car here at all. I gave them one star because zero Stars doesn't seem to be an option. EDIT: I attempted to work with the general manager to resolve the situation and I was only made fun of and told there was nothing I could do. I no longer have any confidence whatsoever that these people would act in my best interest to resolve this issue. Doing a hard inquiry on someone's credit report without permission and without a proper purpose is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and a felony. I will be pursuing this matter; it seems there is something I can do after all. Think twice before you do business with Lithia.

When this dealership was Barton it was a delightful experience, we bought two vehicles in 2014. All those great sales people and staff are gone since taken over by Lithia Corporation and the focus has shifted off of customer relationships to sales quotas. We visited on March 4th, 2017. They don't even offer a cup of coffee or water despite 8 grueling hours looking at trucks and negotiating. I was ill and asked 5 times if they could let us please come back the next day.. They ignored me and refused to let us leave saying only another ten minutes. All lies. I finally stood up at 7:30 pm and said I was leaving. After I left the building, they told my husband they couldn't guarantee the vehicle wouldn't be sold to someone else even if we came back the next morning. No mention or concern about my health or a thank you for us being there all day. Realize you are just a warm body with a wallet..
