I bought a car Lithia Dodge at Santa Rosa. Biggest mistake of my life. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Lemon Car
Waste of time and money, no reason offered by Service manager or Manager how "thoroughly inspected" vehicle was sold in unsafe and defective condition, Lithia corporate does not respond to calls or emails, no explanation of when or how money will be refunded.
8-17-19 purchased 2015 Camry from this dealership. Salesman Chris Kelly, showed me clean Carfax and checklist of items dealership had reportedly gone through and checked to make sure car was safe and mechanically sound.
Had it checked by my mechanic who quickly discovered major front-impact damage to radiator support and subframe frame damage.
I returned the car the day damage was discovered and asked for a refund.
Signed "undo" paperwork for DMV and now can get no answer on when I will get my refund check.
Reached out to manager Sam Keller x 2 via email and in person, Lithia Corporate website and called customer service hotline-no response.
Very disastisfied with unethical and untrustworthy, NO customer service
whatsoever. I am renting a car now at my own expense in spite of requesting a loaner from them to no avail.

Lithia Motors - Car Repair Review
I bought a Jeep in May of 2016 with 24,000 miles from Lithia of Santa Rosa. From day one I have had to air up driver rear tire every week.
Took it in 2 -3 weeks later and was told that if there was anything wrong with tire that it would be covered. They found nothing and said it might be a bad sensor. 1 month later take it in for oil change and tire still needing air weekly and now they claim they have found a piece of metal in tire tread and it will cost me $25 to fix.
It's not the money, it's the point I was lied to either first trip in or this trip. Lithia is a crock of S........
