They kept my $300 registration fees and never registered it. Then it took contacting an investigator, the attorney general and the BBB, to get my title do I could register it. That took a year. And they put a leaking swollen battery with incorrect voltage in my 2019 Nissan Rogue, which caused me to breakdown on my move to Ohio, with 2kids with me. I had to buy aN AGI battery for $256 within warranty time, and they wouldnt call back until the day after warranty expired. Theseguys are CROOKS! Bad business!!

User's recommendation: Go to a different dealership. Also report them to the attorney general so an investigation can begins they ppl.

Anchorage dealer treated me like ***

Priced a truck to me for sale and ran credit check and then took off market for recall and then raised price would not allow me to hold or deposit on truck Was told I would be first one contacted I called two to three times every day Tuesday night I called and was told the truck would probably not be done for a while Called Wednesday afternoon and was told the truck was being sold Asked to talk to sales manager and he said that truck was not sold yet but refused to seek to me then hung up on me There must be a lot of pissed off customers to have not be contacted in 24 hours Beginning to think that pissed off customers do not matter to your company

Troy Jarvis the GM of @south anchorage Lithia in Alaska made a public comments on Facebook stating “ we lithia always get *** flaming around the dealership and we had to run them away “ i was able to screen shot his comment because I knew that sooner he will delete it because he did mention it he works at the dealership which I did find out he was the general manager at the location provided above .. I am not the first person to experience this at this location because this is where I got my car from .. it saddening that Lithia would have someone who discriminate against gender be the face of Lithia .
