Bailed on the deal and went elsewhere, after 2 weeks I still haven't gotten the 3k deposit back. Start anywhere else.

Lifetime oil change. What a joke months ago after a terribly long wait we were made to feel better with a promise of our car being detailed (never happened!) Next scheduled oil change appointment waited 1 & half hours then told they ran out of oil, oil delivered new appointment, told it would be 1 hour -1 hour & half later was told 20 more min!
Right now it's been 40 more min! We will never purchase a vehicle from them again.

purchase new 2012 Equinox last year...purchased Lithia Lifetime Oil Change package..made 3 payments on package of $44.39 ($133.17 total)...had one oil change...set appointment with Lithia Redding for 9 am this morning..arrived early..10 of 10am my car had still not been touched...couldn't wait any longer (med. appointment) so asked service manager for my car and left...makes no sense to set appointments when employee can not stay on schedule...cancelled Oil Change package..got auto payment stopped..Lithia called stating they will send me check for $22...WOW...one oil change $111..but....loss of cash sale on a 2013 Chevy Silverado Z71 (list price $42,000) my husband picked out....my revenge...I'll be damned if we ever purchase anything form this dealership again...
