You are very difficult to contact. My email is not working so I need to talk with someone to cancel my subscriptions.
I have no issues with the product, my two grandchildren have enjoyed receiving the books. I would and have recommended this service to many friends but I do need to cancel for personal reasons.

I Asked this company not to subscribe and cancel .i was told no problem i check my account and got 4 months of charges and was told they don't see no account with my grand kids name and been secretly.
Your Company been charging me for books i said i do not want for 4 months without my knowledge. I am Very upset and charges better stop Right now.
Your company was told Several months ago to stop and they continued. This needs attention right Now Will not Recommend you at all

I ordered 4 kids book gifts...accidentally purchased one 2 times. I called immediately and was told you received the order only 4. today I received 5 - one is a duplicate order and I was charged for it as well.

I canceled my order they never sent me a return shipping label for the first box they send a second box and now I cant get a hold of them at all. I am ready to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this company and their fraudulent activities to boost their numbers and accurately by screwing over parents

I am not pissed off. I just need to cancel
our subscription as Raney is not happy with the recent books youve sent. Shes in the eighth grade now and will have a lot of assigned reading this year.

My credit card is being charged monthly for books I am not receiving I was informed that books were meant for another child in another state I called and talked about this last month with a customer care person and they canceled my account as per my request however I still was charged again this month and did not receive any books ment for anoth child in another state.
