- - I'm charged monthly for books I never receive.
- - Books were for another child in another state; I was charged again after the account was canceled.
My credit card is being charged monthly for books I am not receiving I was informed that books were meant for another child in another state I called and talked about this last month with a customer care person and they canceled my account as per my request however I still was charged again this month and did not receive any books ment for anoth child in another state.
