I MUST SAY STRAIGHTTALK HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN COUNTER WITH! I THINK IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT PEOPLE WHO USE THEIR PHONE FOR WORK/BUSINESS RELATED ISSUES SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SEND THEIR PHONE IN FIRST UNDER WARRANTY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A NEW ONE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN WITH A COMPANY WITH THIS KIND OF POLICY... I AM EXTREMELY MAD AND AGGRAVATED THAT EVEN A MANAGER REFUSED TO SEND ME ANOTHER PHONE EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED THAT MY PHONE WAS NEEDED FOR WORK! IF I PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR A WARRANTY, I EXPECT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO UNDERSTAND THAT! NOT ONLY THAT THE MALE THAT I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY RUDE AND INTOLERABLE! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND STRAIGHTTALK TO ANYONE!!!
