Liquido Active should be avoided at all costs

Hanging Lake is a very fragile ecosystem and Liquido ignored all the signage from the parking lot all the way to the lake indicating is is not permissible to enter the water or walk on the fallen log in the water. To get a photo of their products. A photo. They decided their product photo shoot is more important than preserving a delicate ecosystem for everyone else. A second pair of leggings I have purchased from this company which have split. I have contacted the company who have referred the matter to their Australian Office but they do not have the courtesy to acknowledge or respond to this issue.

Avoid this company at all costs as I will never purchase from them again. I will be passing the matter to Australian Competition & Consumer Commission to deal with this matter on my behalf.

I contacted their customer service department in relation to a faulty pair of leggings I bought. I absolutely love the leggings but I am very unhappy with the quality as they split on one of the inside legs. I wore the leggings twice and washed them as per the washing instructions on the label. As a yoga instructor I would not have expected this. I have contacted the company via their website and as instructed returned them to the USA, I have now been told over one month later I should have returned them to Australia. The matter has now been passed to the company in Australia and I have repeatedly been asked for information that have already been provided to the USA; nobody appears to have the common sense to pass the information on. They now state they cannot find record of my purchase and can do nothing. I advise everybody to avoid this company as there after care service is none existent and the customer service staff are rude and unhelpful. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again I will spend my money with a reputable company such as Lululemon whose products can be trusted and their customer service is professional.

Boo on Liquido, Horrible Service

The first time I ordered from Liquido, I ordered the OM shine shorts and matching bandeau. All good - except for the fact that my debit card was compromised and I had to shut my account down. I live in Indiana, I had charges pop up from parking garages in Miami FL and South beach, which is where the company is located. When I gave them a heads up, they told me it was impossible, couldn't be them. Rude, but no harm, no foul. The second time I ordered (yeah I should have not), I used paypal to prevent security problems. I ordered a mystery bag and used a discount code. No problem! Order went through, my checking account was charged and then it never came. Come to find out they wrote back after the fact to say that the discount shouldn't have been applied and they wanted to charge me ten more dollars for my purchase. AFTER they charged me. No way, Jose. The customer service representatives have been rude, like the scenario is my fault. Dude, you shouldn't have the discount codes be applicable if you want to squeeze more money out of the deal. I will never order from them again. Their clothes really aren't all that anyway for the price. Overpriced, rude and over-entitled business representatives makes Liquido a no way no how for me ever again. Watch out buying from them - they will try to scam you out of more cash, and they don't protect their checkout from other scammers.

Do not buy from this company! I am a yoga teacher and have tons of patience however it's clear they do not care about their customers whatsoever. The first time I ordered they told me it shipped and 2 days later told me they were out of stock... So they never shipped it. They lied about it. I gave them a second chance and this time they told me 2 days shipping and it took 11! 11 days! And it was expensive shipping and clothing cost. The leggings are pretty but don't feel high quality at all. They won't last for a year. They are almost see through. Either way, they won't even apologize for the mistakes they've made. They've offered nothing to me after I spent a lot of money with them. I will never buy from here again. You should find a more reputable company.
