Not a word. They deleted my page to login to their goods.. My rep never called to apologize either.
I have posted the story on this site.
Just know this, we will never do service with Lipari if they were the last vendor on Earth.

Not a thing. Left purchasing from the company. No apologies nor mistakes taken on themselves.

I have a binder full of dates, mistakes, ugly emails, even recorded conversations.
Unreal account dept mistakes then turns it around as our mistake. Not once, not ten times, many many.
Unprofessional arrogant accountant.
Never again will we allow a company we buy from treat us like they have.
Don't even sign up.
The email below was sent from a man whom I never spoke to.
He has only what his accounting dept has told him. Never once asked us what we needed help with.
From the words he uses, you can sense the condensending vibes and rudeness. Very sad.
