I checked my acct to see if all of my months have been received and I saw they were not correct, so I decided to email them and let them know what was going on and they came off like this error I noticed after checking my acct was all my fault. But, see thats where they're ALL WRONG here, bc I'm not that person thats not gonna do or say nothing about what they did wrong. See, I already warned them that I will do a chargeback on them and close my acct off and start all over and make doubly sure they're not anywhere close to my acct or neither will they be able to take anything from my acct any longer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I canceled after it took me almost 2 months to get my bag. My debit card was still charged after, I canceled. I had to get my bank involved. They try to seem nice over email. However this company is so unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. Please don’t waste your time

Lip Monthly - WATCHOUT Fraud and worst service

Details
Even when you cancel your subscription they still charge you. I got one subscription in October they charged me for 2, I then canceled it and they just charged me 142.40 for 2 more. Worst company business practices. I had to dispute charges with my credit card co.

Hi!! If you log in to your account on your computer instead of on your phone it actually gives you the option to cancel your subscription. This is how i canceled mine, hope this helps.

You lip monthly bags are trash and you have trash service

A month ago i unsubscribed to the lip monthly hmafter getting the first bag because what grown woman only wants chapstick and a little bag. They fook 12.95 off my card and havent gave it back yet. I have messaged them on normerous occassions but no response. But a stupid email stating to message back bit you couldnt even reply to it

Do not order this subscription. While it appears to be a fun way to try products, the products do not deliver. Paid for in Dec 2018 for delivery in Jan 2019, while package shows shipped it was never recieved. Contacted lip monthly, their reply was they have no resposibilty to consumer after product supposedly leaves for shipping. So basically consumer plays lip monthly lottery by paying for a subscription then being surprised by if you actually receive products. Please report to BBB if this is your experience. This is consumer fraud. This company is promising products, failing to deliver, stealing consumers money.

Details
When I signed up for the 3 month subscription, I waited several months to even get product delivered. Even after being told it was on its way once. What was shipped each month for 3 months was so similar and 2 lipsticks broke off. They were the same brand. There is no number to call to cancel, you rely on email. Before I could cancel I was charged for another 3 months and they refuse to issue me a refund! I do not want another 3 months of this junk!
