This lipmonthly is a joke got a tracking number saying I would receive it last Friday but have not received it yet. They don't have to know number or you could call and ask them about it I would never recommend this to anybody. My next step is to get a hold of the Better Business Bureau

I do not recommend anyone subscribing to lip monthly. I have had several issues since i got my first bag in july. I have not received my January bag and it february 16th and i just got confirmation of my feb bag shipped WTF. Jow about you f'n contact a person to let them know you gonna charge for a bag and never send it. This lip monthy bs his ***!

So I signed up for lip monthly last year. But at the end of the year they ended up charging me $45 even though I cancelled. Also alot of their products smell old. Will never sign up with them again, they refuse do refunds!

I ordered my first bag for delivery in Dec 2016. Company says 4-5 full size products arriving first ten days of the montn. I received my bag 12-24-16 with ONE full size product & two samples. They don't respond when you email customer support. Their FB site is 70-80% complaints. They make it extremely hard to cancel. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
