Poor customer service and support. Over time, they have conceptually come up with a good product. In actuality, it rarely all worked properly at the right time. I was hoping to get a sales CRM for a real estate company.
You still need tech support to use this product.
There are still kinks to work through before they should have gone "live." Liondesk V2 has been in the works for years never to be completed before Lone Wolf has taken over. We shall see about the ad on of Lone Wolf and how this product progresses.
