Resolved: There's no way to get my money back
- - Skeptical of value yet paid to learn Vim; benefits were limited, support seemed automated, and user claims Jason Cannon is lying.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. it took them a little bit but they refunded it.
However, after i payed and had access to the class, i realized i couldn't really benefit from Vim because I'm already proficient at typing quickly and the other text editors work just fine, this one didn't give me the extra benefits i was hoping for.
I contacted support, and the response i got was supposedly automated.
It led me to the "getting help" file in the class, which did not have any contact instructions. Their phone also does not answer.
Long story short: Jason Cannon is a liar and you can't get in touch with him, the website is there just to collect your money and teach you hardly anything.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't pay money for classes over the internet, your likelyhood of recieving support is less than if you take real life classes.
