I ordered two chairs one box had the screws to assemble that chair. My second box did not have any screws so I cannot assemble the chair.
Im very upset. I need those parts sent to me as soon as possible.
I do not have a receipt on hand i did purchased My accent chairs through QVC.

Verified ReviewerCannot obtain repair parts for new stool
I purchased a new Linon stool from a non certified reseller. The stool was missing the back and hardware to install the back.
I reached out to Linon customer support and they asked me to send pictures, receipt and all kinds of other documentation to identify the product. I pulled everything together and sent it to them. They even have a spare parts form. When they determined it was purchased from a non certified vendor they said there was nothing they could do for me.
All I wanted to do was purchase the missing part.
So now I have a new stool with no back. Customer service is not good.
Preferred solution: I need the back to my new stool. I’m willing to pay for it

I placed a order with stoneberry on July 28. You guys are the supplier of this item.
I have net received it yet. I got back with stoneberry and asked why I haven't received my items. They send they would reach out to you guys by email. They done this for the past 6days with no response back from you.
This is just ridiculous. Don't know what kind of business you guy's are running.
But very unprofessional. Well now I've cancelled my order today because I'm sick and tired of waitingdont

Missing parts. Terrible customer service
Was gifted 6 bar stools for a new construction house warming gift. Did not put together until house was complete.
Out of the 6 boxes 2 were missing screws no bid deal can get them easily. However one box was missing a stretcher bar for the bottom. A simple $3 part. Customer service refused to help me because I didn't have proof of purchase.
Told was a gift from a couple of months ago. Said they couldn't help without proof. I said, how about a picture of the 6 empty boxes. Then a manager proceeded to tell me those stools are discontinued told her no they are on sale right now at Kohls still said it must be old stock and even if I had proof of purchase she would not be able to help.
Terrible customer service!!! Those stools were over $100 each, and they can't send a $3 part when over $600 was spent on their products!!! Sad and miserable company who doesn't care about customers.Ive attached the picture of the piece I was missing.
Shouldve had two only got one. You would think it was made of gold the way customer service acted.

It came without a 27-inch dark brown left leg and the Screw (M4x38mm) x 9
I've had these stools for a long time now, awaiting my move. I believe these stools are no longer made.
However, you still produce the same color leg wood.
Please I'm on disability and an asking almost begging you for your help. I absolutely love these stools, and for me to junk them is a travesty.

Verified ReviewerI have tried repeatedly to contact Linon about 2 broken brackets. My patience is not infinite. I get nowhere after filling out forms, one after the other. UnbelievablyHorrible customer service.
OI ordered the snack tray in February or March of 2020. My husband died shortly thereafter &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp; when the trays arrived the box was set aside in the garage.
Im unable to find any paperwork. After opening the box a short time ago I found that one tray has broken wood brackets on the underside of tray.
I realize with no proof of sale you cant replace the broken item. However I would appreciate the replacement parts & Ill have to hire the work done.
Is there anyone with this company that would talk with me & get this matter settled?

I own one of the 50'split seat storage bench
This company is just a middle man with no factory and only a few parts. Could not provide instructions or any help.
Beautiful finish, but arrived with seats that rubbed together and on one arm, broken bottom and no screw holes for safety supports. Called and emailed for help. They deal in junk but any other dealer I have used will try and make it right, not Linon.
This review wants me to rate the price, delivery, exchange, and refund. they only referred me to the seller, who is also a 3rd party.

I need replacement parts
They wont sell me just box 2 of the tables I bought I only received box 1 and I just need the box 2 and they wont sell them to me. They said buy a full table from someone here like Home Depot target way fair and then return the box one. Smh that makes no sense

one of the stool front rear crossbar was damaged and the table has a scratch on it . the number for the table top 02859-01 model number for the set #0259set-01KD-U this product was just purchase from Amazon 5/10/2020 received 5/13/2020

Faulty chairs
The holes to screw in aren’t aligned. The other chair leg snapped while trying to fit in in hole.

I received my linon storage bench today, however upon assembling the pivot hinges for the lid are identical vs opposite. Parts F and G are identical and won’t work.
