Link Corporation sues 8 Yelp users over critical reviews

Link Corporation, a building contractor in Palo Alto CA, filed $1 million lawsuits against 8 customers who posted critical reviews on Yelp: https://www.scribd.com/doc/26935****/Link-Corporation-Lawsuit In addition, the owner created a Yelp account to berate these users, and in one case, insult them with racially charged language: http://www.yelp.com/not_recommended_reviews/link-corporation-palo-alto While we understand the importance of favorable online ratings to small businesses, these actions go above and beyond what any reasonable entrepreneur should do to protect his online reputation. Link's management would be well-advised to improve his customer service skills and foster positive relations with clients, rather than resorting to verbal abuse and frivolous litigation directed at dissatisfied customers.
