On 1 November I enroled for 12 private lessons (£157.08); This was all I need. However to my surprise they withdraw £224.09 from my account and they added another 12 classes which I was unaware and I did not ask them. I tried to telephone them but I was unsuccessful so I emailed them. They responded that they will close my account on 27 December and they would not refund me because my purchase was back on 1 November and 7 days have passed. I told them that the money Iam asking for (£224.09) there is nothing to do with my intentional enrolment on 1 November. They deliberately took this money and I desperately want my money back. What a stressful and unexpected situation!

Unauthorized billings

I have signed up for a seven-day try-out of a French course. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take it, and it went past the try-out period. I have called and asked for cancellation and refund and was told that it was too late. I accepted my responsibility and asked for extra time, so I can find time to take the course. The course itself was not great, below average, yet I completed my commitment as I have paid for it. Since I was very clear that I did not wish to continue, they failed to acknowledge my request and continue charging my credit card for three additional months. As mentioned earlier, I have a personal situation that limits my time for many activities; monitoring my credit card statement for charges was one of them. Now we are in May, I have a moment to catch up with my life, and I have seen that I have been charged three times for french courses, which I have asked clearly to cancel. I have been trying to request my refund, and my message went unanswered.
