Upon the 4th day of calling to see why our service had yet to be forwarded we were told by a rep that the company policy for forwarding a line is 5 DAYS! Sure enough on the 5th day at the exact time of day I placed the trouble ticket call the line was forwarded-when I...
It is especially upsetting because just 2 months ago we lost service; same procedure we placed a "trouble ticket order" and while inquiring why the phone number had not yet been forwarded we were informed that one of their reps "accidentally" shut off our account. We then had to go through sales to reactivate our account and wait 5 days for a tech to come to our location and re-connect our service. We lost thousands in revenue from their mistake!
Not a single contact has been made by them to apologize, offer credits, etc. I am disgusted to be one of their customers!
