I cannot get a hold of the company to get information. I am frustrated that none of the phone numbers are working.
I need my account history to help with me understand my account balance with this company. I sent an email to Linens-n-Things and I do not know if I will ever hear from them or if my complaint will even reach the company.

Never received my product
- - Linen and Things' tracking number is a UPS number but not assigned.
- - Emails say it's on its way and at the Pontiac office, but it's been a week.
I called UPS and they told me that the tracking number that Linen and Things gave me was a UPS number but it hasn't been assigned to anything. They keep sending me emails telling me it's on its way that it was at the Pontiac office and I live 10 minutes away from there that was over a week ago. Would not recommend them
Bad People Using a Good Name
- - Faulty design makes installation impossible for average height.

I bought a shower panel online. The shower panel is faulty be design, it cannot be installed for anyone of average height.
I did not find this out until shower was tiled, and plumber told me it was impossible to install as promised by the product. I called to return, having missed the return date by 20 days (didn't know it had a faulty design until the plumber was on site). Brandie of customer service was dismissive, and not intending to help me sort out this problem.
I thought this company was Linen n' Things, but they bought the name and sell poor quality products and are terrible cheats. I expected the old Linen n' Things, instead I got the depressing side of poor quality products.
Regent Tension Pole Caddy claims it's stainless and is not
- - Rusting started after about 10 months despite stainless claim.
- - Retailer won't accept returns after 60 days.
- - The maker offers a one-year warranty.
I purchased a Regent Tension Pole Caddy to go between the bathtub and ceiling to hold shampoo bottles ect. The product says it's stainless steel and rustproof and started rusting in about 10 months.Linens n Things will not take a product back after 60 days.
The manufacturer has a one year warrenty. By the time it starts to get real rusty and you remember to take it back you don't get a refund.
I don't think this product should be sold by any retailer until it says it will rust.I carefully read the whole box to be sure it was solely stainless steel and nothing else and the $69 price made me believe it would last forever
Linens & Things ccard not refunded!

I recently returned items to Linens & Things within the refund policy time frame with the original receipt. I was told that my ccard account was credited. There were problems with the register when I was there so I wanted to verify the return with my bank. It doesn't show!!! I called Linens & Things and was told it would appear in 7-10 days! Geesh! If I had paid by check, I would be walking out with cash already! so frustrated!!!!!!!!
Lessons:
use cash/checks not debit or credit cards to make purchases.
shop somewhere else
make sure you won't be returning anything!
Linen n things exploding lid

when cooking with a set of cookware from lnt the glass lid exploded in my hand,splatting glass all over my kitchen and down my drain.i notified them of the danger and the cost of what it will take to replace my garbage disposal.their first rep was as rude as could be.he wanted pictures 5 days after the fact.the supervisor was more understanding and said she will see what she can do.that means nothing.they're lucky i don't take legal action.i can't believe i didn't get glass in my eyes.
Attempted to buy sale item but always out of stock.

I went in to a local Linens-N-Things to buy a set of dinnerware advertised for sale. They were out of stock and had been since right after opening on the first day of the sale.
Once or twice is okay, but this has happened every single time but once in the entire time they have been open.
They wanted to show me a more expensive item of course, which is why they advertise items they have no intention of stocking enough of. This seems to be a case of questionable business practices.I have heard other consumers make the same complaint.

Lnt will return your item after 60 days but you will get gift card; you can also exchange your item for another of the same or something differnt. One way or another, your issue can be resolved with little effort on your part
60 days is generous considering that many stores only give you 30 days. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer since the problem isn't with Linens and Things. More money doesn't always mean "better quality".
