NO ANSWER FROM SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT

This is the WORST company in terms of follow-up for customer complaints, issues. I had a VALID store credit which I tried to apply in-store at London, ON location. They would not honour it, citing that their computer system was having issues with using credits on purchases, and that Head Office had instructed them not to honour credits. Further, the staff told me that this 'PC issue' had been going on for 2 weeks with NO resolve. They did NOT provide signage at the entrance to the store to inform customers of this issue. So I spent 45 minutes of my time in store shopping, only to find out at the cash that I could not use my credit. UTTER *** Following on this, the manager gave me a generic email address to send my complaint. I also sent my issue via their website contact form. NO RESPONSE IN OVER A MONTH. Today, I called head office twice - they hang up after wait time of 10 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE. CROOKS. User's recommendation: Do not deal with businesses that have no ethics. They are quick to take your money; but not honour purchases or credits.

An explanation to the issue raised; non-honouring of store credit. I want both my credit and my billable hours logged as a result of this issue.
