Bad experience I want to share
- - Property managers are described as tyrants.
- - They claimed small fish were allowed with no addendum, then cited a pet policy violation.
Avoid at all cost ! Their property managers are often little tyrants who think they can do whatever they want.
This one said we can have pets (small fish), also said we dont need a pet addendum and when we complained several times about big dogs wandering unleashed on the property, the pseudo manager sent us a notice that we were violating the pet policy!!!scandalous!

I have rented from lindsey since I moved to northwwest Arkansas. This year they are raising the rent $145!
How are people, including seniors on social security supposed to handle this?
Lindsey doesn't care and apt managers and their rude office workers just say coldly that is thew going rate. Do not rent from Lindsey

- - AC failed three of four weekends in July; wall unit didn't help and raised the bill.

Our AC went out again today! Three of the four weekends in July our AC has gone out.
They put a wall unit in that didnt do a thing and not only that, but the wall unit doubled our electricity bill for the month. The first time the electricity went out in our apartment complex it fried my $500 TV in my living room. I am truly just very upset about the whole situation and would really want to talk to someone about this issue.
Not necessarily looking for a refund of my money or a compensation on my rent. Just want to talk about this as it is obviously a continuing issue.

I made a appointment for a showing of your apartment in canton ms The Trails at Madison. The young lady who showed the apartments wasnt friendly at all matter of fact she was unprofessional.
She look as if she judge us off thought and not knowledge. Im a graduate of ole miss university my job has sent me here to relocate as a young business leader and she treated me as if I was unworthy of these apartments.
I have a income of 87,000 a year more then enough just not ready to buy a house wanted to rent a apartment first. She didnt even give her name for the showing.
