No assistance available being banned from own project

Banned from very own years long to develop project and have no way so far of reaching a reasonable resolution because I cant actually talk to a person. Perhaps Linden Labs could make an assistance line available to those who do have a special need to be able to speak to someone at the company personally.

Permanent deletion of player accounts

I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau with no response given other than contacting customer support which refuses to assist in my issue. I have sent proof of privacy violations as well with links to a blog called Virtual-Secrets.com that published my real name as well as a YouTube channel of another user who published private messages.

They considered that as not being enough proof. Absolutely unacceptable.

Phone call goes to the Billing line, there is no direct number for customer support issues. Person who answered the phone was very polite, claimed that my ticket would be responded to but it has been days without a response still from the support team. All I want is for my accounts to be deleted from their platform, why is that so difficult to do?

Every new shape failed to find in database

The response to my problem was "We couldn't find any issues with the database." Finally I tried deleting my anti-virus software, so far the shape hasn't deformed but anytime Lag is bad and connection lost during teleport it happens, we'll see if it keeps happening. I haven't lost connection during Telenor yet.

Issue is still not resolved

Second Life is a game created by Linden labs who have ride and billing staff who will disable your account over lies, they have a protocol of warning first then suspension then ban from their services but some the account specialist s jump straight to permanently disabling your account, they don't let you see any evidence so you can not provide your side of the story

I was defrauded too. They perma ban people without any warning.

I am willing to accept that I make a mistake by seeming "young" although I'm 39 rl and never walked around in a child avatar. They defrauded me of 20 000L, my premium account which had 11 months left and all my memories, friends. Everything gone...12 years of expenses, memories...Gone.

If they had allowed me to process my credit and given me a partial refund for my premium membership, I would have accepted their decision even if I'm not in agreement with it. They robbed me shamelessly and criminally while playing police and morality.

Поддержка не дает конкретики, я привожу доказательства того, что я точно не нарушал правил. Но в ответ получаю слова, что было нарушение.

Без каких-либо объяснений, где именно. Поддержка никак не учитывает мои доказательства. Они никак не идут на контакт.

Я полностью открыт к конструктивному диалогу по каждому спорному моменту. Я буду добиваться справедливости, потому что знаю, что правда на моей стороне.
