Owner is abusive. Said I didnt pay I showed her the picture from my back that the check was cashed insisted that I needed to get her a picture of the back of the check as she didnt deposit the money. I wasnt able to pull up the back of the check on line but showed her my check register on line showing when it was taken out of my account and she still didnt believe me.

If I can save one person from one of the worst experiences at a salon, than Ive done my job! Stay away!

Men be aware ! Linda Alfieri should audition for a reality show. The salon's environment is full of chaos, drama, and degrading of her employees or should i say what's left of them.. The overall cleanliness is below par. In the summer months her hours of operation are unpredictable and no one ever answers the phone, let alone return a call in a reasonable length of time. Over the last 11 months 5 different stylists have worked on me, with no consistency, Again 3 are no longer there. On 3 separate occasions my scalp was severely burned by using a glue that the salon knew I was allergic to and not even an apology or credit was given. It took 2 hair systems to finally get the color right at my expense, and not until Linda finally styled my hair was the cut respectable.

Linda claimed over and over i would get 12 weeks out of a system, in reality I only received 6 weeks.

It must be hard living in the shadow of her father Charles Alfieri, she will never measure up to him as a business person, since I was his client for 15 years without a problem, until he retired and I bridged over to his daughter "Linda" assuming business as usual. Boy was I wrong!

if you want a copy of the contract you signed or the hair template that was made for you that you paid for good luck, Once she knows you are not renewing your contract you have no rights and she will turn on you in a second.

I have learned a valuable lesson and hope this review can help another innocent prospective clients do there homework before choosing this company.

Good luck for all who may be charmed by here false promises. Save your time, Money and Sanity and find another company to do business with.

There are business people then" there are people in business". you need to decide for yourself. my verdict is in and i an out of there.

Wow. She could sheep better then she does men's hair.

She should be a groomer for a vet. My uncle got hair their and we could not stop laughing at the terrible cut he got on his hairpiece.

Yes, sorry to say I did not read this prior. The woman cuts hair with a thining shears, because she does not know how to cut a mans hairpiece.
