BAD BUSINESS TO BUSINESS WITH LOCATOR VENDOR/ THE OAKS OF WESTCHASE APARTMENTS
- - Broker claims Oaks of Westchase owes vendor fee payment.
- - Invoiced 01/13/2023 and not paid; complaints filed with BBB, FTC and Texas AG.
THIS COMPANY REALLY TOOK MY TRUST FROM THEM BY NOT MANAGING THE OAKS OF WESTCHASE APARTMENTS IN HOUSTON TEXAS. I'M A REAL ESTATE BROKER AND OWNER OF MY REAL ESTATE COMPANY.
WE OPERATE ON COMMISSION ONLY AND THE OAKS OF WESTCHASE APARTMENTS OFFERED TO PAY ME A VERY GOOD COMMISSION FOR MY RENTER CLIENTS AFTER THEY TOURED THE APARTMENT PROPERTY AND GET APPROVED. I TOOK 5 CLIENTS THERE NOT ON THE SAME DAYS! ALL OF MY CLIENTS GOT APPROVED AND HAS ALREADY MOVED INTO THE OAKS OF WESTCHASE APARTMENTS. I THEN INVOICED THEM FOR PAYMENT 30 DAYS AND THEY NEVER REPLIED UNTIL WEEKS LATER, BUT NOT ABOUT MY INVOICES, BUT FOR ME TO SIGN UP AND PAY TO BE A VENDOR TO GET PAID BY THEIR COMPANY.
I DID WHAT THEY REQUESTED IN ONLY ONE AND PAID MY VENDOR FEE TO GET PAID FROM THEIR COMPANY. I DID MY PART ON 01/13/2023 AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEING PAID. THE PROPRTY MANAGER SENT ME AN EMAIL MONTHS AGO SAYING THIS COMPANY IS HAVING MONEY ISSUES AND I FOUND OUT THAT WASN'T TRUE! BY ME CONTACTING LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY THE WELL KNOWN MANAGEMENT COMPANY SINCE 1965.
THEY HAVE NOT HELPED ME AT ALL THEY SEND A FEW EMAILS THEY NEVER SAY WHEN I WILL GET PAID! I HAVE FILED BAD BUSINESS REPORTS WITH THE BBB-REPORT DALLAS,FTC,ATTORNEY GEN OFFICE OF TEXAS AND ABOUT FOUR OTHER AGENCIES ABOUT MY ISSUES. I HAVE CALLED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE 7 TIMES AND THEY HAVE SOME PERSONAL REASON WHY THEY WILL NOT PAY WHAT THEY OWE, BUT WHEN I PULLED THEIR WEBSITE IT SAY THEY ARE A BILLION DOLLARS MANAGEMENT COMPANY! IF THEY ARE MAKING BILLIONS WHY CAN'T I GET PAID?
I INVOICED ON 01/13/23. IN MY ALMOST 30 YEARS OF MY REAL ESTATE CAREER I HAVE NEVER HAD TO BEG FOR MY MONEY THAT THEY OWE ME! NOW THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE IS GETTING VERY BOLD SAYING WAIT FOR 60 MORE DAYS UNTIL THEY HAVE A ZERO BALANCE WHICH I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE I DON'T WORK FOR THEM AND I WORK FOR MYSELF!
NOW THIS IS WHERE THE STORY CHANGED AT FIRST THE PROPERTY MANAGER SAID THEY WERE HAVING SOME MONEY ISSUE, BUT LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY SAID WE ARE WAITING TO HAVE A ZERO BALANCE SO THAT'S WHERE I GET THE NO TRUST FROM WITH THIS COMPANY. IN THIS BAD BUSINESS REPORT I'M ONLY TALKING ABOUT WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME AND MY COMPANY ONLY AND I HAVE ALL THE SUPPORTING PROOF AND ALL EMAILS ON MY SAVED FILE
