We hired Impiro Cerone, Inc. D.B.A Lincoln Digital Group to help grow our business and maintain the integrity and goodwill of our brand.

We communicated directly with the owner about our digital marketing goals. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very attentive. He answered our phone calls & emails quickly and professionally. However, after we hired the Lincoln Digital Group Marketing & Advertising Agency things went downhill from there.

Lincoln Digital Group & Impiro Cerone, Inc. hurt our company in the following ways.

1st Lincoln Digital Group became very unresponsive and did not “in my opinion” show the same level of care & consideration that was shown while they were working to earn our business.

2nd Lincoln Digital Group placed advertisements on behalf of our company in geographical areas we did not service and could not deliver which mislead customers seeking our services and damaged the integrity-goodwill of our brand. This also cost our company financial loses. We paid for leads that could not be turned into sales, paid employees to call those leads & paid for the infrastructure and processes to work those leads. This time and money could and should have been used calling on leads we could convert to sales. Therefore, we lost sales because our team was busy working useless leads instead of calling on leads that could convert to a sale.

3rd Lincoln Digital Group placed ads for another company (not our company) within our ads account that was liked to our banking institution. This could have cost our company an untold amount of money and trying to obtain a refund from the advertising platform on the basis of Lincoln Digital Group’s negligence would likely have been impossible. This put our company at great financial risk and caused damage to the integrity and goodwill of our brand.

4th Lincoln Digital Group posted advertisements that contained creative images which showed products we do not offer, again misleading customers and causing damage to the integrity and goodwill of our brand. Furthermore, the product image displayed in the advertisement posted by Lincoln Digital Group did not match the offer. We received negative feedback and negative public comments - This negligence on behalf of Lincoln Digital Group caused damage to our brands integrity and goodwill.

5th Lincoln Digital Group promised us (2) landing pages - Requested that we purchase hosting space for said pages to be uploaded to and provide login credentials so they could perform the upload. We complied, purchased the hosting space & provided the credentials so they could perform the upload as agreed. This promised upload of landing pages to our purchased servers never happened. Once this was discovered and an inquiry was made to the owner as to why the promised upload never occurred, the owner’s response was “I do not recall that conversation”. We found this to be highly strange considering that the entire communication was documented via email.

6th The work that Lincoln Digital Group executed did not provide fruitful results. Via email, the owner expressed dissatisfaction with the results in response to our complaints agreeing that current campaigns where simply not producing positive outcomes.

7th By working with the Lincoln Digital Group Marketing & Advertising Agency, our cost per lead skyrocketed increasing our overhead and reducing profits which caused harm to our company.

8th Once it became clear that working with Lincoln Digital Group was hurting our company, we requested to move on and part ways on amicable terms. At this time, the owner became very combative, argumentative, and started to insinuate threats against our company. Finally, the owner sent an insulting email and stopped communication or negations with our company.

9th Finally Lincoln Digital Group attempted to hurt our company by taking legal action in which they requested an outrageous & undeserved amount of money. Their attorney sent us an aggressive & intimidating demand letter that was riddled with falsehoods and was clearly designed to strike fear while ignoring the facts.

10th Lincoln Digital Group has been unwilling to communicate, or negotiate in good faith, or act in a professional manner that would be to the benefit of both parties.

11th Lincoln Digital Group has again resorted to methods of intimidation demanding that I forfeit my 1st amendment right to publicly speak about my dealings with Lincoln Digital Group - Threatening to financially penalize me for sharing my honest opinion and facts regarding our business dealings together.

The Lincoln Digital Group Marketing & Advertising Agency in West Palm Beach Florida did not provide the results we expected or that where promised. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the quality of their work, and the manner in which they treat clients. So far, they have shown no compassion, ability to reason, or care for client satisfaction.

This is my Lincoln Digital Group Review which is honest, fair, and only speaks about the truth and provable facts.

I would suggest that anyone seeking services which include, Lead Generation, Automotive Ad Agency, Car Dealership Ad Agency, Auto Advertising Agency, Suppression Link Services & Linguistics and Marketing Services or any other digital marketing services, take their time and do some research before choosing a company to work with.
