Since November the doctor sens a referral for a change in cpac. My first time was in altamonte but like nobody answered except the out of hours and I left message every single time but only once somebody reached for me and gave me an appointment that when the day came it was cancelled..
Then somebody on the afterhours told me about a closer one to me in michigan st. And I started calling there. At the begining they told me that they would send a fax to altamonte so they can liberatemy papers. And that never happened Please solve this problem for me.
The doctor gave me for names of executives but not the phone numbers.
I will appreciate if this issue can be solved Thanks a lot. Linda M Pagán.

My name is Julie, My mom's name Is Jean. She has been a Lincare customer for years now.
About 17 months ago she was diagnosed with lung cancer.
Then again last month. Both diagnoses required 5 radiation therapy treatments.
After the first diagnoses, she was in the hospital for a few days, during this time I took the opportunity to vacuum and mop etc at her house.
When i moved the concentrator, I was appalled at what I seen! The vent on the back and the cover for the filter were almost plugged with dust. I opened the cover to expose the filter, and I could not velieve what I was seeing!!
It was disgusting!
I took pics of all of it then thoroughly clean the concentrator.
The next day I took that filter down to Lincare, I walked in held the filter up for all employees to see it and then I asked " Would this be acceptable if it was your mother's breathing thru this?" They were almost tripping over each other trying to help me, or so i thought, 2 employees actually just disappeared. One lady ask who it was for, so I gave her my mom's name and address. I asked why no one had come out to service the concentrator 02/24/20? And she said because of Covid...and then I said "Someone could've come up and told me what it was for and how to change it!" and the date before that was 12/12/2016..?
She had no comment just shrugged her shoulders. I asked her how come they don't deliver tanks anymore, (I have been delivering my mom's tanks for the last 2 yrs).? She said they just can't keep drivers!
Any way she handed me 2 new filters and a new tube. Which I installed when I got home.
The next day, someone showed up to service the concentrator., which I already did. And that's the last we've seen or heard from Lincare, except for a bill for $227.23! Not once has anybody been to our house to service or maintain that machine! I've been doing it myself, along with delivering her oxygen tanks.
I order the filters etc online. So I'd like to know what she is being charged for when I've been doing their job, and medicare pays for that machine? Honestly , I don't believe she should have to pay them a dime!!
You can see in the pics just how bad the filter was!.
Total neglect on Lincare's part! They have no compassion for their customers, that I have seen.

My Name is Julie, my mom(Jean Tomlinson)is a long time customer of Lincare in Arlington,Wa. Over the last year and a half, she's been diagnosed with lung cancer twice.
Just last week she finished her last dose of radiation therapy. Shes been on oxygen for years, supplied by Lincare. Over the years, I can remember them delivering the tanks, and on occasion, they would service the concentrator. Since i moved in with my mom 2 1/2 years ago tho, NOT ONE time has a single tank been delivered and NOT ONCE has anyone been out here to service the concentrator!
When mom was in the hospital last year, i was vacuuming our living room, i moved the concentrator and thats when i seen how dirty it was!
I took the cover off and was totally disgusted at the sight of the filter!! The last entry date on the routine maintainance sheet on the back of the machine was dated 02/24/2020, and the time before that 12/12/2016!!! I was/am sick to my stomach!
The very next morning i took the filter down to Lincare , i walked in, held the filter up for all 3 employees to see it, then i asked them "Would this be acceptable if it was your mother's breathing thru this?" And told them my mom was in the hospital as we spoke, being treated for lung cancer! They hussled around, handed me a new filter, got her information, and the next day someone came out to do what i already had done...clean the concentrator...since this happened almost 1 1/2yrs ago, again, not one time has anyone been back to service that concentrator or deliver her tanks!
Ive been exchanging the tanks and picking up new filters AND changing them myself!!!
Anorher thing is medicare pays for her oxygen, yet she got a bill stating she owes $227.23, and if it wasnt paid by today it was going to collections! I want to know exactly what shes being charged for, (since i am the one doing the maintenance on the machine and exchanging all of her tanks)?

I returned a call (received 2/12) Lincare on 2/15. I left a message 2/15, 2/16, 2/19, 2/29, and now today (3/5).
Each time, I am told I will receive a call back immediately to schedule my overnight oximetry. On 2/19, I was told one RT had been out of the office for a couple of days but I should be contacted in 2-3 days by RT to schedule. Today I was on the phone for a total on 19 minutes, just to be told the same thing, that they would send a message and Id be contacted. There was no one I could contact in management regarding my concerns either (per the person I talked to on the phone).
So that is FIVE times Ive called in NINETEEN DAYS. This is beyond ridiculously poor customer service and patient care.

Preferred solution: An explanation for why they can't send me supplies for my new machine! I am still using my old supplies from the old machine and the new machine!

Misleading auto shipments at best
I will never step foot in another Lincare office. If my choices are to die or use Lincare I won’t be around much longer.

I am aware that we had bad weather in the area the week before that I called and asked if I could get some extra tanks deliver in case the power goes out due to the bad weather I was told no I told them I go to dialysis three times a week and Im on oxygen 24 seven the supervisor Talk to if he didnt have occur in the world I placed the order Thursday to be delivered Monday this past Monday I didnt get my delivery today is Tuesday I didnt get my delivery. I called them today because I go to dialysis Monday Wednesday Friday I dont have no tanks to go to dialysis.
I told them I dont have any oxygen to go to dialysis so they will cause me to miss The supervisor said I guess you will miss dialysis. I am not satisfied with this company its like it they dont have occur in the world.
My health is important and this I dont like to complain but this is sad. This is very sad that a person has to go without Oxygen so I guess Im Im , going to be looking for a new

I completely appreciate how the services in past years have helped our family personally over the years, however my father James Weaver 83 years old, came to live with my husband I since 2021, he is currently being hospitalized without for medical reasons has NOT been dicharged and has no finalized and approved continuous care plan in place, A Social Worker named Peyton ok'd and ordered boxes upon boxes delivered, to our home and his legal address, stated: " I will note this but it's been charged to Medicare already. These supplies are in his name and we don't need nor have opened and will have to return them, since the SW is no longer his Case Manager (as of Sunday, December 24th.
My issue was not Lincare until the comment from an associate (at 4:00 pm) with Lincare in Indianapolis.
Since, the hospital and no discharge plan has been made, an unapproved order of supplies was again sent to father that came from Lincare Medical supplies in Indianapolis, IN was left on our porch and there is no return policy.
The representative said, "because they have already charged Medicare They said they could not take the 4 big boxes of supplies, and I don't care what you do with them, you can throw them away." Besides we don't have other equipment returned yet.
The equipment for the apparatus was and hasn't been used for more than 6 months was returned in the box provided by Lincare that my father was not using. She aggressively added "you will just have to pay for it!" Furthermore, We have a tracking slip from UPS when it was returned!!!
Please help us resolve the conflict.

Preferred solution: We do not need the refund Medicare was notified. We sent the unopened boxes of formula as stated on the box by UPS.
User's recommendation: I am responding to a recent and personal experience on behalf of my father James. While by the Grace of God is recovering and still in the hospital, I appreciate this venue to alert the "Pissed Customer Complaint Form" as an option along with PRAYER. I HONESTLY had a transplant and wanted badly for my dad to be able to come home, but with restrictions of my own, made sure I would be able to prevent anyone else to have to resort to filing a complaint at this level. To any customer/client working with Lincare, I recomnd keeping the lines of communication using integrity of how you would like to be treated.
