The owner (Robert) is rude after he has your business. When I called to discuss all the problems bellow he had something rude to say.

Even to the point of saying that he HATES doing HOCO and prom events, would much rather work for drunk adults. Because the kids and parents complain about everything from paint job, to damage to car, and even said they would notice if there are dirt on drivers shoes.

Maybe he prefers intoxicated adults because they simply are too not in proper state to recognize these things. Every time myself and other moms spoke with him he had a very bad negative attitude.

Limo pulled up with pink and purple galaxy paint job. Which I was not made aware of ahead of time. There was damage to the from end of the limo. Which when myself and another mom called about the owner (Robert) claimed that we were lying and that the paint job is custom and “nice”. With no other choice the kids went to dinner, which was less than 10 mins from the restaurant they were eating at. At about 40 mins left in our reserved time the driver went into the restaurant and addressed 14 year old children to that there time was almost up and needed to hurry. I called Robert the owner and informed him that the driver and himself have my number as we had spoke several times, to not address children with that. Also that we still, by this time had 35 mins remaining and the high school was no more than 5 mins from where they were eating. I was asked if I wanted to pay for another hour. I obviously told them no bc I had already went to the waiter, had all checks printed and paid so the kids could use 20 mins to finish eating They finished and made to school BEFORE the 2 hour time frame. I was told I would get a call back on Monday regarding the damage that Robert called imaginary, however I did not hear back from him. Instead he ran the credit card that was used to reserve the service after I was told server all times they do not use credit cards, only cash. Not to mention when I called to get details I asked if tax and gratuity were included in price just as I did all other companies called. I was told yes, and that the price given was the total cost. Which again not true. So we had to come up with more cash on the spot to pay gratuity for something we were unhappy with. Please DO NOT use this Company!!!

They Suck

This limo and party bus service company is absolutely terrible. Me and a group of friends rented a party bus with this company for 4 hours( 9pm - 12am), giving the driver precise instructions. We were given confirmation that he would be able to take us to the locations provided. However, he lied. To begin this terrible experience, the driver was 5 minutes late picking us up (which obviously cut our time short & lack of enjoyment due to him speeding). Once we arrived to our first destination, the driver then asked us take everything off the bus and began explaining that he would be back to pick us up, saying "I have to go pick up a church group". (The bus was not spacious at all... in fact it was dingy). After reaching our destination, my friend and the driver had a conversation to confirm the time he would pick us back up. He proceeded to say he would be back at 11:30 leaving us no time to stop at our other locations. We then called this company and tried to explain to him it was obvious there was some form of miscommunication. All the while trying to reach a solution, this company accused us of being "intoxicated and not making any sense". He then proceeded to say he was not going to pick us up and complete the service. My friends and I were stuck in a location for 3 hours and had to order Lyfts back home (which we had to pay for). My friends and I payed a total of $270 (paying $45 each) and this does not include their $50 deposit fee. Overall, I will be suing.

this is not a complaint. i just booked your service. i am hoping it is everything you said it would be we are asking for Limo not a party bus to pick us up and drop us off and then return us home after the concert. I am looking forward to this and praying Robert is a man of his word. i would like to be able to share great reviews once we use your service. looking forward to this event schedule 3-29-19. thanks Carla Smith
