Driver service at busy airport did not show up even though they confirmed

we reserved limos.com when we flew in to NYC for a vacation right before Christmas. I received confirmation the day of our arrival that the driver would be there. Upon arrival, no driver. Called...an hour later they told us to take a taxi and they would pay. I got names etc so that I would be sure and get reimbursed. We had to take 2 taxis because there were 5 of us and it was a nightmare....the reason we had decided to use a car service. When I followed up they would not even respond except once to say they would get back to me....I kept contacting them and they would not respond....months later no response...horrible service...will never use them again.
