Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Walmart contacted Limolin and resolved the problem

After contacting Limolin by phone I was treated extremely rude. I still have not received package. This is there email to me. They will not answer my calls.
Hello,
I want to confirm that I did my best to assist you with this issue. The delivery attempt initially failed, but there is a second attempt scheduled for today. I contacted UPS, and they confirmed that the package is out for delivery today. You can find proof of this below. If you do not receive the package by the end of the day, please send me another message, and I will follow up with the carrier again.

My order was never recieved. I phoned customer service today. They were rude and uncaring. Very sad as my grands love the plus plus puzzles. I have a seven year old in tears Cry it was supposed to be a birthday gift. 919 221 **** order # 200012*-***01051. I will be contacting better business bureau and all over social media. Never order from you again. You owe me $48.
Thank you Happy. I see you sent this around 9 a.m. We still have not received the package, it is after 4 p.m. We have been lied to by UPS several times. Many excuses. Funny, Fed Ex was able to deliver a package on Saturday 4/5 with no problems. We have no dogs or other animals. We live on an acre of land. Saturday was an 80 degree day. So you can't blame poor weather. The package did not require a signature. UPS came, we were not home, they my package and left without leaving a notification as to where they were Forwarding the package. Seven year old in tears, as am I. We will never purchase from your company again.
