Scouted at Clothes Show - NEC (was it a sam)

I visited the Clothes Show at NEC in December 2015 with my daughter and we were approached by a scout from Limitless photography who was based in Manchester. The scout told my daughter she had potential to do modelling and after some discussion and deliberation we signed up for a photo-shoot which I paid £25 deposit. We received a phone call in January to ask when we wanted to go to their studio in London but I told them we would call to organise a date. I booked a session at their London studio but had to pay another £25 which I was told was refundable on the day. We spent sometime in Brick Lane looking for Limitless Photography but we soon found out that we were looking for the wrong company and it was in fact NYC studios which is in the basement at 208 Brick Lane. Its a small studio and a little scruffy but it was busy. The photographer seemed nice and made my daughter feel comfortable. After two hours of clothes changes and photos being taken we were asked to see a young women who was working in a side office. She showed us all the photo's as electronic images on an Apple Mac and said they had sent over test photos to an agency called "M0del" whom she said were a Spanish agency looking for English models. They did not ask our permission for this. She told us that they were interested in my daughter and that she would need a portfolio. She then showed me prices which ranged from £500-**** for different packages and after some discussion I made it clear that I was not spending that amount of money. We then settled on 19 electronic images given to us on a disc for £120, she also gave me a agreement which transferred the copy right back to me and said they destroy all other images! We were then told we would receive a link and log in details for the modelling agency website so that my daughter could upload photos to start getting work but we have not received anything. I presume this is a scam to sell photo's, well actually not photos just the images but its a shame they mislead young people into believing they have potential for modelling and I am surprised that a company with such bad ethics can operate like this at the Clothes Show - something wrong.
