Failure to Provide Proper Return Shipping Support
As a leaseholder, I have made 3 attempts now to return my leased equipment. The first attempt I was told they would mail me a pickup ticket. It never arrived. Waited 3 weeks, and incurred further charges to my account. Called last week and one was faxed to us. It will not work. UPS scanners won't read the barcode. Called this morning and explained this to Diane, she was very nice albeit not at all helpful. She explained that faxing the tickets rarely worked as the fax process destroys the barcode. I was told to create my own shipping label, at my expense, to ship this stuff back. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are a joke. My next call, if I don't get credit for this is to my attorney to begin formal action against them. What a scam, they keep delaying the shipping docs, and just keep on charging my bank account.
