This is nothing like what I ordered

I ordered an embroidery top, one in white and one in pink. It had roses that were embroidered and that stuck out, which made it really beautiful for special occasions.
However, what I received is like a t-shirt; there is no embroidery on it, it's just a flat surface. I will try to upload a picture; I'll explain that will tell you the whole story.
I have tried to find a customer service number and send an email. It said that the email doesn't work any longer, so now I don't know what to do.
