Amazon offered only a telephone number overseas and a website that charged a fee to condult eith a technician. This is a Chinese company.

Mixer quit working
Purchased mixer a little more than a month ago on Amazon. Worked fine first time, but after second use, it would no longer start.
Checked breakers, etc.
and it was definitely getting power, but was completely dead. Very disappointing.

Free warranty doesn't seem to exist as promised. Item worked for 3 months and then died.
Not sure if the charge from 3rd party is only $5 or if they will charge me an additional $40 for the first month. Afraid to give out my credit card number.

Poor Hand Mixer
Advertised as if the storage base connects to the motorized unit. This is misleading.
Convenience and portability are key.
I would not have purchased the product had I known that this was the case. My suggestion is that you fix or change your advertising.
