No response to order not arriving
Despite weeks of emails I have not received my refund for goods that have never arrived. I have been asked for my order details by four different people !
Received order confirmation, promising delivery of my order by June 23rd as I paid 7.99. No parcel, no updates, no answer to email, and no answer on telephone. The service is disgusting.
