I'd like the foundation to list an email address on its website, to redo its phone tree so it's not so frustrating, and to acknowledge when requested items have been received by email, so you don't have to call to find out.

Lily does not care

I began my application 3 months ago. After repeated emails that my doctor did not complete his portion we tried faxing the info repeatedly. Each time they said it wasnt received. I went to my doctors office & stayed on the phone w Lily Cares while they received it & said it was accepted. Then received another email that my doc hadnt completed his portion. They are lying & purposely making it difficult. Everyone has the same experience. It isnt coincidental.

User's recommendation: Don’t bother. Change prescriptions.

Very upset

I have been trying to reorder my medication Humatrope for 3 months now and they keep telling us we haven't sent all the paperwork and we have over and over again My Doctor has even spoke with them to find out what else they needed and they said they had everything.
